We use genuine hickory logs cut to our exacting specifications in our smoker. Our pulled pork is slow smoked for 14 hours to bring it to peak flavor and tenderness before being hand "pulled" everyday in our restaurants. Our Ribs are slow smoked and seasoned to a "fall off the bone" delight.

Whether it is St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork, or one of our unbelievable combinations we focus on making great barbeque every day. And no barbeque would be complete without our signature BBQ sauce. Slathered over baby back or St. Louis style ribs it is a perfect compliment to our food.
